Description

If you feel that you, or someone you know, is perfectly described below, send an email with relevant work samples and tell us about your strong desire to join Wesrom. Please include the Position Title in the subject of the email.
You love high-quality design and know how to create it. You’re super attentive to details and expect nothing less from your work than for it to be outstanding -- so good it makes other designers wish they could do what you do. But of course that won’t happen, because you’re learning so fast and working so hard they can’t catch up. Your design decisions are logical and based on facts, whilst also having a “feel” for what looks good. Lastly, you’re not an a**hole. Some designers tend to put a lot of ego into their work and get offended if others want something different. We don’t work with those people. Yes, it’s OK to be proud of your work, we all are, but it’s also important to understand there are always several paths to a destination.
IMPORTANT: User experience design deals with the user’s story, his flow, what decisions he takes here and there, etc. That’s different than graphic design, where your main focus is aesthetics and how things look. As a result, we’ll separate requirements into two sides. You might be a good at one or both -- it doesn’t matter. You choose whatever you wish to do.
User Experience Design:

Research your product’s target audience to fully understand what they want
Write complete user stories based on concrete data from your research
Design end-to-end user experience flows/wireframes
Provide clear explanations to your design decisions and present them

Graphic Design:

Translate wireframes and experiences into highly-polished visual composites
Take into consideration details such as file sizes, internet speeds, and platforms
Decide on color palettes, typography, and user interface elements
Design graphical elements such as brand-aligned icons and banners

Characteristics that qualify you for the role:

A passion for detail and a care for great usability and/or aesthetics.
You’re a dedicated and helpful team player
Highly motivated and maintain high levels of productivity with limited supervision
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
High degree of independent judgement and complex problem solving

Member Benefits:

Generous Salary - monthly, stable income you can count on, right from the start
Cash Bonuses - rewards for performance, achievements, and occasional challenges
Paid Access to Most Gyms
Health and dental care
Borderless career - work from home, another city, or even another continent, whilst still growing your career
40-Hour work weeks - though our passion for our craft makes most of us put in a few extra hours, no one will ever tell you to work outside of your schedule. Not a peer, nor a team leader, and not even the CEO.
Unlimited Vacation Days - want to go on a trip from Friday to Monday? Go for it! Feel like you just don't wanna work today? No worries! As long as you delivered your due tasks, or asked a team member to help you, we don't mind.
Savings Account
$500/yr. Education Allowance - we support any initiative you feel adds value to you, as a person.
$1,500/yr. Equipment Allowance - we want you to have access to all the tools you need, and want :) Valid only after the probation period
