Zoniz is the first proximity marketing solution in Romania, aiming to take the digital marketing scene to a new level.

We are looking for a new team member, responsible for managing marketing, promotional and advertising activities.
This person will develop B2C and B2B strategies to enhance the position and image of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Prepare and adhere to budgets.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, print ads and publications and other marketing materials.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Expand product solutions and offerings.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Evaluate emerging technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in marketing and digital marketing (min.3 years)
Well grounded knowledge about the software industry, online and mobile advertising strategies
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising websites, landing pages and user funnels
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Knowledge of website analytics tools
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns and SEO (optional)
