The cold calling sales manager will be responsible for generating leads for Chelsea Corporate Ltd and Belmore Virtual Assistants Ltd.JOB DESCRIPTION:We have an immediate need for an inside sales representative to prospect new opportunities to existing clients and new business markets; the focus of this position is on sourcing business buyers and sellers to offer them our services. In this position you will focus on heavy prospecting over the phone, develop strong client relationships, generate sales leads, and handle client inquiries. This position will provide growth opportunities and has potential for the future management of a small group of 5-7.
RESPONSIBILITIES:• Research and contact 60+ clients/day;• Articulate business value to new business prospects;• Drive interest and qualify leads;• Negotiate initial objections;• Qualify and nurture leads to 75% probability;• Manage lead transition and follow up activity that ensures a positive outcome for the client and sales teams;• Report market trends to sales, product management, marketing and management teams.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:· Strong computer and data entry skills;. Excellent command of English both spoken and written;· 2 years+ of inside sales or business development experience;· Strong cold calling skills;· Experience and confidence in prospecting and communicating with senior-level executives;· Confident and polished phone prospecting skills;· Ability to work in a team-goal oriented environment, and a proven track record in exceeding quota;· Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;· Ability to proactively recommend ideas and execute on planned activities;· Self-motivated and driven;· Detail oriented.
