Description

Responsibilities

Manage office supplies and suppliers while searching for new ways to cut back on expenses

Handle general administrative tasks

Handle clerical and bookkeeping tasks including recording and archiving of documents, issuing and recording invoices/payment

Develop proposals, reports, spreadsheets and presentations using Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office

Organize company events (team-buildings, meetings, parties)

Support the team with the creation and improvement of processes and procedures

Initial training and support will be offered

Desire to learn and adapt to a variety of tasks

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Attention to details and analytical thinking

Initiative and desire to expand your knowledge

Proactive and “Can do” attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English)
