We are looking for a experienced Graphic Designer for our multinational client - Honeywell. If interested please sent CV in English with portfolio (attachment or link). Working in creative project teams within the regional Creative Services Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure delivery of work that is targeted to the marketing communications objectives and expectations of the ACS businesses as defined in the Creative Brief, while building the brand. The Designer position will be reporting to the ACS Creative Supervisor.Responsabilitati:Main tasks and responsabilities: 1. Creative excellence - Develops concepts and designs as directed in the Brief. Marries the written word with visual design to create powerful solutions for Honeywell marketing communication needs; - Communicates conceptual and stylistic direction on projects to other creative team members; - Works with Functional Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Creative management to optimize insights and establish continuity in branding and voice; - Shares best design practices.
2. Marketing Communications (Functional) Effectiveness - Helps develop, and uses templates, standards and Design Language Strategy; - Maintains processes and digital asset repositories; - Provides design services for Honeywell Corporate level initiatives; - Understands the ACS Strategic Business Units (SBUs) structure and its businesses, markets and audiences. 3. Management of outside resources - Maintains relationship with and provides direction to Global Creative Resources teams and outside vendors as needed. â€“ works with outside creative resources for projects â€“ photographers, videographers, animators, designers, studios, artists, etc.; - Works within project budgets reporting back to Creative Supervisor and Project Managers as needed.
4. Brand Compliance - Follows processes for proofing, template consistency, and Honeywell brand compliance; - Enforces brand standards and Design Language System. 5. Web, e-Marketing and Social Media - Assists in execution of ACS Digital Marketing strategy; - Designs and provides web content, including the ongoing maintenance of copy/graphics.Cerinte:Position Profile Creative professional with a design background and 3 years of experience developing communication design in agency and/or corporate environments. Basic Qualifications - A Business Degree in Graphic Design, advertising or related field would be a plus; - 3 years creating integrated BtoB and BtoC communications; - Understanding of creative, production processes across entire MarCom mix; - Ability to direct outside creative resources; - Familiarity with DAM/CMS software and online PM tools; - Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite; - Fluent in English. Additional Qualifications - Retail, trade, B2B expertise; - Familiarity with Adobe digital tools, DPS, web, animation; - Mix of corporate and agency experience preferred; Strong planning skills; - Writing, communication and presentation skills; - Process/systems skills; - Capacity to work in a geographically dispersed organization; - Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport; - Schedule flexibility and resilience, including ability to adapt to changing/uncertain conditions.
