We promote a "learning by doing" program, where we set some tasks along with the team leaders and then we assure that our juniors are prepared for our clients' standards.
About the Recruitment Process
There are 3 steps: HR interview, a little technical test, technical evaluation and discussion with a Team Leader that will evaluate the potential for each candidate.
Best candidates will be selected and immediately involved in Vauban's projects.
