Credit Risk Manager – Credit Scoring

Mission:

  • Develop methodologies, models and instruments specific for credit risk and implementation of the Basel requirements (referring to Pillar I, Pillar II)
  • Develop methods of monitoring/analysis of the loans portofolio

 

 

Main Responsabilities:

  • Perform portofolio analysis (on segments, credit products, concentrations etc.) from credit risk perspective,reports and propose changes in the risk approach, whenever necessary
  • Participate to the development of database necessary for the development/validation of new rating models, including responsabilities on the data quality of the information in the respective databasis
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the specialized credit risk instruments, including the monitoring/recalibration and adjustment of the existing rating models
  • Implementation of the procedures which ensure accurate usage of the rating clusters definitions and risk groups in a constant and coherent manner
  • Design, selection and implementation of the models used in the rating process, their constant review and refinement
  • Design and implementation of specific action plans for problem or deficiencies remediation
  • Periodical reporting of the rating systems performance, according to internal procedures
  • Constant communication to all business lines regarding the portofolio evolution
  • Active contribution to the risk projects implementation, at local and Group level

 

Requirments:

  • Economical studies, graduate and post-graduate, preferably in statistics/cibernetics/mathematics
  • Minimum 6/4 years of banking experience/risk modelling experience
  • Very good theoretical and practical expertise in risk modelling and statistics
  • Very good knowledge of the legislation in force with direct impact on the job responsabilities, both at local and European level
  • English – advanced level, in speaking and writing
  • Very good project management skills
  • Analytical spirit
  • Team player
