Account Manager – Customer Service B2B
Reports to: VP of Marketing and Sales (located abroad)
- Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management via emails, phone and direct contact. From order placement till shipping to clients;
- Follow up with customer on purchase order receipt and all data/information required for optimal execution of orders.
- Coordinating between customer and relevant entities within the company (Marketing, Development, Production planning);
- Balancing between customer's needs and company's needs.
- Bachelor's degree (Business administration and/or economics);
- Prior experience in B2B companies;
- Prior customer service experience;
- English - required full proficiency. French – advantage.
- Good PC skills (MS Office);
- Customer oriented;
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Independent, Pro-Active, reliable and dedicated;
- High working moral and ability to work well under pressure.
