Account Manager – Customer Service B2B

Account Manager – Customer Service B2B

Reports to: VP of Marketing and Sales (located abroad)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management via emails, phone and direct contact. From order placement till shipping to clients;
  • Follow up with customer on purchase order receipt and all data/information required for optimal execution of orders.
  • Coordinating between customer and relevant entities within the company (Marketing, Development, Production planning);
  • Balancing between customer's needs and company's needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business administration and/or economics);
  • Prior experience in B2B companies;
  • Prior customer service experience;
  • English - required full proficiency. French – advantage.
  • Good PC skills (MS Office);
